By accessing or using AnyTask, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

You retain all ownership rights to the content you create and store in AnyTask, including tasks, projects, comments, and other data ("User Content").

This license terminates when you delete your content or account, except for backup copies which may persist for up to 90 days.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content.
The Service, including its design, features, software, and all related intellectual property, is owned by AnyTransformer Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. "AnyTask" and related logos are trademarks of AnyTransformer Inc.
These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Service or our trademarks, except for the limited right to use the Service as described herein.
AnyTask offers both free and paid subscription plans. Current pricing is available at https://anytask.agency/pricing.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). You authorize us to charge your payment method on file.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact contract@anyt.app for refund requests.
You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:
Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and User Content. We recommend exporting your data before terminating your account. We are not liable for any loss of data upon termination.

You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware for the resolution of any disputes.
Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at legal@anyt.app. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 60 days.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AnyTransformer Inc. regarding the Service.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.
You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to U.S. government embargo or designated as a "terrorist-supporting" country.
